Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a four-color (WBRG) Clue/investigate deck helmed by the partner pair Elmar, Ulvenwald Informant and Wernog, Rider's Chaplain, wrapped around a heavy Dragon beatdown subtheme. The commanders are cheap, repeatable Clue engines - Wernog, Rider's Chaplain investigates on entry/exit, and Elmar, Ulvenwald Informant has haste and untaps a creature on your second spell each turn while investigating. The 99 leans into Clue synergies (Armed with Proof, Ulvenwald Mysteries, Tireless Tracker, Tamiyo's Journal) while deploying a suite of high-impact Elder Dragons for combat wins, with Atarka, World Render and Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury as the kill enablers. Secondary paths include Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon infect, Ziatora, the Incinerator sacrifice burn, and reanimation via Teneb, the Harvester, Betor, Ancestor's Voice, and Havengul Mystery. The deck is a value-and-combat strategy with no fast combo lines.
