New Untitled Deck by Campbecs8352

Format: Commander

Commander: Obeka, Splitter of Seconds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Obeka, Splitter of Seconds is the engine: once she connects with a player, every point of combat damage becomes an extra upkeep step. This is an upkeep-tribal value deck that packs a dense suite of "beginning of your upkeep" permanents and then uses extra combat phases and extra upkeeps to fire them multiple times in a single turn. The primary plan is to cast Obeka, make her hard to block with Thassa, God of the Sea, Security Bypass, Sword Coast Sailor, or Vorrac Battlehorns, then multiply her triggers with Shaun, Father of Synths token copies and extra-combat spells like Karlach, Fury of Avernus, Full Throttle, and Great Train Heist. The payoffs are card draw, Treasures, tokens, and table-wide drain from Phyrexian Arena, Bonehoard Dracosaur, Descent into Avernus, Quakebringer, Creeping Bloodsucker, and Court of Ambition. It is a burst-value deck rather than an infinite-combo deck.
