Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul Artifact Stompy strategy piloted by Aerid Konstrari. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana early to deploy Aerid on Turn 4, generating Heartwood tokens that fix mana and expand your artifact count. The deck converts these tokens into overwhelming combat pressure through power-scaling finishers like Craterclaw Colossus, Depthshaker Titan, Hellkite Igniter, and Nettlecyst. Card draw is sustained through power-centric engines such as Garruk's Uprising, Bitter Work, and Return of the Wildspeaker. While the deck operates with high velocity and strong board resilience due to Aerid's death trigger and protective spells like Heroic Intervention, it remains fundamentally reliant on resolving combat damage and is susceptible to mass artifact sweepers.
