This is a The Gitrog Monster lands deck built around the classic Dakmor Salvage dredge engine. The primary plan is to use the commander's draw trigger alongside Dakmor Salvage and a discard outlet like Noose Constrictor to mill through the library, then reanimate a critical mass of lands with Splendid Reclamation, Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, or Aftermath Analyst. Each land entering triggers a dense suite of landfall payoffs - Ob Nixilis, the Fallen, Retreat to Hagra, Scute Swarm, Avenger of Zendikar, and Rampaging Baloths - to drain life, create a board, and finish the table. The deck also has a strong combat fallback through Field of the Dead and Titania, Protector of Argoth. It is a value-heavy, graveyard-centric engine that wins through a single explosive landfall turn.
