Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya big-mana stompy and combo list piloted by Selvala, Explorer Returned. It leverages Selvala's Parley ability alongside 1-drop mana elves and untap creatures to generate substantial bursts of mana and steady card advantage. Symmetrical mana doublers like Heartbeat of Spring and Dictate of Karametra rapidly accelerate the mana pool to deploy massive colorless Eldrazi threats such as It That Betrays, Void Winnower, and Pathrazer of Ulamog. A secondary combo route with Umbral Mantle or Sword of the Paruns allows Selvala to draw the library, generate massive mana, and close the game through an overwhelming Finale of Devastation. The deck packs a deep suite of instant-speed protection spells to ensure its large creatures survive sweepers and targeted removal.
