Deck overview

This deck pairs token-generation engines with high-impact instants and sorceries under Witherbloom, the Balancer. By establishing an early board of low-cost creatures and tokens via Saproling Migration, Sedgemoor Witch, and Ophiomancer, the deck casts its commander cheaply through affinity. Once on the battlefield, the commander grants affinity for creatures to all instant and sorcery spells, enabling explosive turns where massive card draw spells like Damnable Pact and Rishkar's Expertise, or tutors like Diabolic Revelation, cost only colored mana. The primary win condition is the compact two-card infinite combo of Witherbloom Apprentice (or Professor Onyx) and Chain of Smog, which drains the entire table in a single turn. Backup lines leverage overwhelming token swarms with Army of the Damned, Ezuri's Predation, and Rise of the Dark Realms.
