Sarkhan R/B A.D.R. by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Sarkhan, Soul Aflame

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet Dragon Tribal deck, helmed by Sarkhan, Soul Aflame, focuses on deploying high-impact Dragons rapidly through cost reducers and explosive ramp. The commander serves as a flexible clone engine, doubling the value of powerful Dragon ETBs like Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Scourge of Valkas, and Terror of the Peaks. The primary game plan is to overwhelm opponents with an unassailable aerial army, transitioning into combo finishes with Astral Dragon copying noncreature permanents such as Dragon Tempest, Reflections of Littjara, or Kindred Discovery for infinite value and damage. Secondary win conditions include massive token generation from Utvara Hellkite, direct burn from Dragonhawk, Fate's Tempest, and artifact theft via Hellkite Tyrant. The deck leverages immense card filtering and draw engines like Kindred Discovery and Mystic Remora to maintain a steady flow of threats, ensuring it can quickly rebuild after board wipes.
