Just a lil toxic by Thuddle

Format: Commander

Commander: Glissa Sunslayer

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This deck is a **Golgari Phyrexian Infect/Proliferate** strategy helmed by Glissa Sunslayer. The primary game plan centers on deploying creatures with **toxic** to deliver poison counters through combat damage, then using a dense redundancy of **proliferate** effects (15+ sources) to accelerate the opponent's poison count. Glissa provides card advantage, enchantment removal, and counter manipulation on combat damage, making her a valuable value engine but not essential to the core strategy. The deck has no infinite combos; its win condition is purely incremental poison accumulation via combat and proliferate, with Strixhaven Stadium as a slow secondary route. The mana base is budget-friendly, relying heavily on basic lands and a few slow fetch lands. The deck lacks impactful ramp, premium tutors, and stack interaction, resulting in a linear, slow-paced game plan that is vulnerable to disruption.
