ivy mutate deck (Copy) by Pitbullbc

Format: Commander

Commander: Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief is the core of a single-target Aura/mutate deck: cast spells on a secondary non-Human creature such as Slippery Bogle, and Ivy copies them onto herself, doubling every draw, pump, and protection effect. The primary plan is aura voltron commander damage, with scaling pumps like Ancestral Mask and Strong Back plus finishers like Colossification and Eldrazi Conscription. Mutate creatures provide a secondary path, adding permanents, removal, and card advantage. An enchantress shell of Setessan Champion, Season of Growth, Keen Sense, and Curiosity keeps the hand full while Aura copies trigger twice. There is no double-faced commander or hidden commander; the deck is built entirely around Ivy's copy trigger.
