This Edgar Markov deck is an aggressive Mardu tribal engine built to exploit the Eminence mechanic. By casting low-cost Vampires during the early turns, it creates a wide army of 1/1 Vampire tokens without spending extra mana or risking its commander on the battlefield. The deck transitions into the midgame using tribal lords, mass anthems, and aristocrat drain effects to convert this board presence into lethal pressure. If the primary combat assault stalls against defensive boards, the deck pivots into an alternate win condition using Exquisite Blood combined with Sanguine Bond, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, or Marauding Blight-Priest to drain the table in an infinite loop.
