Deck overview

This deck leverages Evereth, Viceroy of Plunder as both a sacrificial outlet and a lethal scaling threat within a Rakdos Treasure-aristocrats shell. The early game focuses on establishing reusable token generators like Black Market Connections, Captain Lannery Storm, and Professional Face-Breaker. Once Evereth enters, it consumes spare artifacts and creatures to grow in power while granting lifelink when sacrificing Treasures. As the board develops into the mid-game, damage multipliers like Chandra's Ignition, Bulk Up, and Unleash Fury combine with passive drain effects such as Mirkwood Bats, Mayhem Devil, and Agent of the Iron Throne. When Evereth finally dies, its triggered burn ability distributes massive direct damage to all opponents simultaneously. While vulnerable to instant-speed interaction due to sorcery-speed sacrifice timing and possessing minimal proactive stax, the deck maintains steady recovery through resilient recursive spells and redundant artifact token generation.
