Deck overview

This deck is a Bant +1/+1 counters midrange engine led by Falco Spara, Pactweaver. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost counter generators and ramp pieces on early turns, assembling Falco Spara by Turn 4 to unlock continuous card advantage directly from the top of the library. By removing excess +1/+1 and shield counters, the deck bypasses traditional hand constraints to flood the board with synergistic threats. Between Turns 5 and 6, the deck hits critical onset by scaling creature stats exponentially with engines like Brokers Ascendancy, Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, and Defiler of Vigor. It breaks through board stalls using one-sided board wipes like Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye, or unblockable enablers like Herald of Secret Streams. Backed by a strong suite of instant-speed interaction and premium phase/hexproof protection, the deck reliably closes out games via overwhelming combat damage across two response cycles.
