Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai midrange strategy led by Gwen Stacy // Ghost-Spider that blends exile-casting (paradox) synergies with +1/+1 counter and modified-creature beatdown. Early turns focus on deploying cheap Hero and Spider creatures, establishing ramp, and setting up counter distribution via Araña, Costume Closet, or Keleth. On turn 5, Gwen transforms into Ghost-Spider, gaining flying, vigilance, haste, and a self-fuelling exile engine. Every spell cast or land played from exile adds +1/+1 counters to Ghost-Spider, which can be removed to dig further into the library. The win condition relies on aggressive aerial commander damage combined with direct burn triggers from cards like Thundering Raiju, Flaming Tyrannosaurus, and Spider-Man 2099. Versatile white removal spells and protection pieces safeguard the board while the deck grinds down opposing life totals across turns 6 through 9.
