Deck overview

The Necrobloom is built as a landfall-loop combo/aristocrats deck. Its commander serves two supporting roles: every land drop makes a Plant (or Zombie) token, and lands in the graveyard gain dredge 2, fueling The Gitrog Monster, Life from the Loam, and Aftermath Analyst. The deck's true center is Kodama of the East Tree - a hidden commander - who, with Springheart Nantuko and any Karoo bounce land, creates infinite landfall, tokens, and Treasures. Mirkwood Bats, Blood Artist, or Zulaport Cutthroat turn that loop into a drain kill, and Tireless Provisioner plus Squandered Resources can instead convert it into a giant Torment of Hailfire. The Gitrog and Field of the Dead provide secondary value/grind wins.
