Deck overview

This deck leverages Morophon, the Boundless at the helm of a 5-color big-mana strategy that blends changeling universality with devastating tribal payoffs. By combining Morophon's colored mana cost reduction ({W}{U}{B}{R}{G}) with alternate-cost enablers like Fist of Suns, Jodah, Archmage Eternal, and Leyline of Mutation, the deck reduces the cost of all creature spells of the chosen type to zero mana. Universal type shapers like Maskwood Nexus and Conspiracy extend this discount to every creature card in the 99. Once the engine is assembled on Turn 5, the deck floods the battlefield with game-ending dragons, scarecrows, and behemoths like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund, Reaper King, and End-Raze Forerunners. Draw engines like Up the Beanstalk ensure steady hand replenishment, while targeted protection spells safeguard the commander during pivotal turns.
