Deck overview

The deck develops with one-mana mana creatures, Sol Ring, Castle Garenbrig, Hulking Raptor, and creature-based acceleration. Its main engine combines Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma or another cost reducer with Ghalta, Primal Hunger and a draw engine such as Elemental Bond, Guardian Project, or The Great Henge. Large creatures then generate cards and board power until Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or Overwhelming Stampede creates the first critical attack. Ordinary assembly is around turn 5, with a must-answer combat state around turn 7 and a full-table finish around turn 9. The deck has strong creature access and respectable protection, but little stack interaction, no sustained lock, and no compact two-card combo. It is vulnerable to early removal of its mana creatures, enchantment engines, or cost reducers, and its normal finish gives opponents multiple turns to respond.
