Deck overview

This Sydri, Galvanic Genius deck is an Esper artifact midrange powerhouse designed to generate overwhelming board presence and resource advantage through artifact synergies. Early turns establish a resilient mana foundation using cost-reducing creatures and mana rocks. Mid-game turns deploy potent card engines like The One Ring and Simulacrum Synthesizer while utilizing Sydri's activated abilities to transform utility artifacts into lethal weapons or lethal defensive deterrents. A signature interaction involves animating Caltrops and giving it deathtouch, completely shutting down combat from opposing creatures. The deck leverages asymmetric board wipes like Organic Extinction and Their Name Is Death to keep opposing boards clear while preserving its own construct armies. It closes games around Turn 8 through overwhelming combat damage from Cyberdrive Awakener, massive Constructs, Blightsteel Colossus, or life drain from Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge and Bolas's Citadel.
