Deck overview

This deck centers on Uugguu, the Omniplasm, using clones to trigger Uugguu's unique death ability via the legend rule. When a nontoken clone enters as Uugguu, state-based actions send it to the graveyard, which Uugguu sees as 'another nontoken Ooze creature dying,' creating two nonlegendary token copies of Uugguu. As more clones are cast, the number of Uugguu copies grows exponentially, turning each subsequent clone into an army in a single cast. The deck converts this mass of 2/2 Oozes into victory through combat damage supported by haste enablers like Concordant Crossroads, or through aristocrat burn triggers via Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade, and Ayara, First of Locthwain. While the engine generates overwhelming card flow and board states once active, it relies heavily on Uugguu remaining on the battlefield and runs relatively light interaction and protection against opposing board wipes.
