Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant (+1/+1) counters midrange deck helmed by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian. The plan is to seed counters onto a critical mass of creatures, multiply them with effects like Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, and The Earth Crystal, then snowball via proliferate and combat. Tidus, Yuna's Guardian is the command-zone engine: he rearranges counters at the start of combat and, once per turn, converts a connecting counters-board into a card plus a proliferate. Primary wins are overwhelming combat (often through Herald of Secret Streams and Chocobo Knights) and Walking Ballista as a scalable removal/finisher. Secondary pressure comes from big individual bodies such as Sin, Unending Cataclysm and continuous value from Final Fantasy legendaries (Yuna, Grand Summoner, Wakka, Devoted Guardian, Maester Seymour). The deck plays as a resilient value combat strategy rather than a fast combo deck.
