Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Jeskai artifact tempo and combo list helmed by Kilo, Apogee Mind. The primary game plan leverages elite fast mana (Mishra's Workshop, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, Sol Ring) to apply early poison counters through Prologue to Phyresis, Skrelv, Defector Mite, or Inkmoth Nexus. Commander Kilo is deployed on Turn 2 or 3 and attacks immediately due to built-in haste, proliferating poison across all three opponents simultaneously. Amplifiers such as Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Roaming Throne, and Throne of Geth rapidly escalate poison totals to lethal thresholds by Turn 5. In parallel, the deck houses a compact infinite colorless mana combo with Power Artifact and Basalt Monolith, sinking infinite mana into Urza, Lord High Artificer or pivoting into a Cyberdrive Awakener alpha strike. Dense free countermagic and robust protection spells defend the board while Rhystic Study and The One Ring maintain continuous card advantage.
