Lorehold Miracles by legobumb

Format: Commander

Commander: Lorehold, the Historian

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros spellslinger and discard-synergy deck is helmed by Lorehold, the Historian. The primary strategy revolves around leveraging Lorehold's ability to discard and draw on opponents' turns, triggering discard payoffs like Containment Construct and Currency Converter, while simultaneously setting up massive instant-speed plays via Miracle. By granting all instants and sorceries Miracle {2}, the deck cheats the mana costs of devastating, high-impact spells such as Deploy to the Front, Bonfire of the Damned, and Starfall Invocation. The deck wins through overwhelming combat presence generated by token producers like Monastery Mentor and Ceaseless Conflict, or through massive direct damage from Bonfire of the Damned. A robust reanimation package ensures that key value pieces constantly return to the battlefield, creating a resilient, value-oriented engine that grinds opponents down with overwhelming card advantage and board control.
