Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Rakdos go-wide aggressive strategy piloted by Mishra, Claimed by Gix. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost, repeatable token generators such as Goblin Rabblemaster, Hanweir Garrison, Legion Warboss, and Loyal Apprentice on early turns, followed by casting Mishra on Turn 4. Once assembled, every attack triggers Mishra's ability, draining life from each opponent equal to the number of attacking creatures while gaining life for the pilot. By Turn 5, attacking with 6 to 8 creatures creates a massive life swing that threatens to finish the table within two turn cycles. The deck supplements combat damage with extra-combat engines like Karlach, Fury of Avernus and Moraug, Fury of Akoum, an alternate drain engine in Within Range, and a two-card infinite combat loop using Delina, Wild Mage and Combat Celebrant. Card replenishment is sustained by Skullclamp and Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor, backed by versatile spot removal.
