Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue aggressive mill and tempo list centered on The Mindskinner. Rather than slowly milling opponents one by one, the deck weaponizes The Mindskinner's unblockable 10-power body to convert combat damage into a global mill trigger that hits every opponent at once. Deployed on Turn 3, the commander begins applying 30 total cards of mill pressure on Turn 4. The deck quickly doubles down on this clock by copying The Mindskinner with Chameleon, Master of Disguise or Vizier of Many Faces, attacking with high-power blue beaters like Charix, the Raging Isle and Tolarian Terror, and amplifying mill counts using The Water Crystal. A dense counterspell suite protects the commander's fragile 1-toughness body from removal, while tempo bouncers like Thing in the Ice and River's Rebuke keep opposing boards clear. The primary game plan reliably empties all three opposing libraries by Turn 7.
