Glarb, Calamity's Augur anchors a Sultai top-deck/value strategy. The primary plan is to ramp lands, use Glarb's surveil and top-deck casting to play expensive spells without paying from hand, then convert that advantage through reanimation and big creatures. Secondary paths are Muldrotha-style graveyard recursion and a compact Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring mana engine that funds Ghalta/Villainous Wealth finishes. Glarb is the selection engine, not the finisher; no hidden commander is present, and since Glarb is single-faced, the deck is built around using his top-of-library-and-surveil ability, not a back face.
