Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Token Midrange strategy commanded by Baylen, the Haymaker. The central plan focuses on rapidly generating a wide board of creature, Food, and Treasure tokens to convert them into mana acceleration, card draw, and substantial creature buffs through Baylen's activated abilities. Early turns prioritize establishing low-cost ramp and token producers like Carrot Cake, Hop to It, and Pawpatch Recruit, allowing Baylen to hit the battlefield on turn 3 and immediately provide card advantage or mana velocity on turn 4. The deck transitions into the midgame by scaling token counts using Offspring creatures, anthems like Valley Questcaller, and repeatable engines like Warren Warleader. Critical pressure is applied around turn 6 through high-impact finishers such as Unnatural Growth, Rabbit Response, or heavily buffed trample attacks from Baylen and Burrowguard Mentor, sequentially eliminating opponents over two combat cycles by turn 8. While resilient against single-target disruption due to redundant token makers, the deck remains vulnerable to board sweepers.
