Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Kindred Midrange strategy built around an aggressive swarm of Elves and Faeries, spearheaded by Maralen, Fae Ascendant. In the early game, cheap mana dorks like Arbor Elf and Bloom Tender accelerate mana while building creature count. Once Maralen enters, every entering Elf or Faerie exiles cards from opponents' libraries, providing continuous free spells based on board size. The deck transitions into the midgame by compounding card advantage through kindred engines such as Champions of the Perfect and Harmonized Crescendo. The primary route to victory is overwhelming combat damage, powered by tribal lords including Imperious Perfect and Thranduil, Sindarin Liege, along with explosive stat multipliers like Unnatural Growth and Tyvar, the Pummeler. While the deck possesses resilient recursion through spells like Aberrant Return and protection via Selfless Safewright, its reliance on a creature-dense board leaves it vulnerable to sweepers.
