Commander: Ultron the Annihilator

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ultron the Annihilator pilots a mono-black Necron war machine built on artifact creatures, self-mill, and graveyard recursion. The plan is to flood the board with 2/2 artifact tokens - via Ultron, Imotekh the Stormlord, Royal Warden, Biotransference, and Necron Monolith - then exploit the graveyard with unearth, Ghost Ark, Technomancer, The War in Heaven, and Living Death to rebuild turn after turn. Ultron rewards that loop twice: he creates a token on entry/attack, and he pings every opponent whenever artifacts die or are milled. The finish is incremental - evasive flyers, Cranial Plating clocks, and drain from Necron Overlord and Psychomancer - with no infinite combos, so this lands cleanly in Bracket 3. Notably, the real engines live in the 99; if you prefer Imotekh the Stormlord in the command zone, Ultron slides into the 99 with almost no loss of function.
