Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Equipment Voltron and aggressive combat strategy commanded by Shagrat, Loot Bearer. Shagrat fundamentally breaks the resource tax of Equipment by attaching any Equipment to itself for free whenever it attacks, while simultaneously amassing an Orc Army token scaled to the number of attached pieces. The deck exploits this attack trigger by playing massive, high-equip-cost artifacts like Colossus Hammer, Argentum Armor, and Blackblade Reforged on early turns, then casting Shagrat to swing with overwhelming power on Turn 5. Evasion equipment such as Brotherhood Regalia and Trailblazer's Boots ensures damage connects, while damage multipliers and extra combat enablers like Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar, Port Razer, and Combat Celebrant rapidly accelerate the clock across all three opponents. Supported by solid mana velocity, protective equipment suites, and a backup infinite combat combo in Godo, Bandit Warlord and Helm of the Host, the deck maintains consistent pressure throughout the mid-game.
