Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads a Mardu outlaw kindred deck built around combat damage and Treasure production. The deck uses Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks to generate large numbers of Treasures each combat step. These tokens fund explosive turns, feed card advantage engines, and serve as ammunition for Olivia to pump your entire board with +1/+1 counters. Primary win conditions include going wide with boosted outlaws, animating hoard piles using Vihaan, Goldwaker, resolving an alternate win with Revel in Riches, or triggering an infinite combat loop via Port Razer equipped with Helm of the Host.
