Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green Stompy build commanded by Beorn the Fierce. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-cost mana dorks on Turns 1 and 2 to accelerate into high-power creatures and card-draw enchantments by Turn 3. Casting Beorn on Turn 4 enhances the board by distributing trample counters, turning allies into Bears, and eventually drawing extra cards once Bear density is achieved. By Turn 6, the deck amasses 25 or more power on the board, forcing opponents into defensive postures. Overruns like Overwhelming Stampede and multipliers like Unnatural Growth allow the deck to push through lethal trample damage, eliminating the table over two combat cycles by Turn 8. While resilient against single-target removal thanks to deep redundancy and standalone threats like Elder Gargaroth and Ghalta, Primal Hunger, the deck is vulnerable to mass board wipes and fast, non-interactive spell combos due to limited stack interaction.
