This Dimir deck, helmed by Grima, Saruman's Footman, is a theft-and-trigger-multiplying strategy that wins by casting opponents' spells for free. Grima is an unblockable 1/4 that exiles from the top of an opponent's library until an instant/sorcery is hit, then lets you cast it without paying mana. The deck layers triggered-ability copy effects (Roaming Throne, Strionic Resonator, Lithoform Engine) to multiply this trigger, turning each combat-damage event into multiple free spells.
