Blue Moon by sweep84

Format: Commander

Commander: Yue, the Moon Spirit

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck wins by building a large board of flying Thopters and turning them into cards, mana, and damage. Yue, the Moon Spirit uses waterbend to tap your artifacts and creatures and cast one big noncreature spell for free each turn. Backup engines Omniscience and One with the Multiverse do the same job without Yue. Generators such as Sai, Master Thopterist, Stridehangar Automaton, and Thopter Spy Network create a Thopter on each artifact spell or combat hit and draw cards when those Thopters connect. You then close with Mechanized Production on a Thopter, a swarm attack boosted by Stridehangar, or extra-turn spells like Rise of the Eldrazi and Time Stretch. Hullbreaker Horror plus Sol Ring can make infinite mana but needs ten mana and a separate outlet.
