Deck overview

This mono-red storm deck leverages Misty Knight, Hero for Hire to turn card filtering into exponential card advantage. By chaining low-cost rummaging spells such as Faithless Looting, Cathartic Reunion, and Bazaar of Baghdad, Misty's activated ability draws equal to the total number of cards discarded that turn. This explosive card draw fuels rituals like Rite of Flame, Desperate Ritual, and Seething Song, which sustain mana flow alongside Storm-Kiln Artist and Runaway Steam-Kin. The deck culminates in a massive discard storm utilizing Past in Flames, Change of Fortune, or Decaying Time Loop. Direct damage triggers from Cool but Rude, Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Magmakin Artillerist, and Spider-Man, New Champion convert every discarded card into direct burn, eliminating all three opponents in a single turn without relying on combat.
