Format: Commander

Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kefka, Court Mage is a discard-and-draw control/combo commander; the deck is built around the front face. Each enter or attack forces a discard, then converts the discarded card types into draws, filling the graveyard and finding combo parts. The Ruler of Ruin back face is a late-game payoff reached through the {8} activation, usually only after infinite mana. The main kill is the Underworld Breach + Storm-Kiln Artist + Brain Freeze storm line; Hullbreaker Horror + Mana Vault + Sol Ring provides a backup infinite-mana channel. Reanimation of Archon of Cruelty and clone/copy effects give a fair plan. There is no hidden commander. Wheels and hand-hate disrupt opponents while Kefka turns discards into card advantage.
