Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet coin-flip theme deck piloted by Yusri, Fortune's Flame. The strategy leverages coin-flip mechanics to generate massive card draw, burst mana, and explosive combat damage. In the early game, the deck deploys mana rocks to cast Yusri on Turn 3. Yusri attacks on Turn 4, choosing 5 coin flips to draw an average of 2 to 3 cards per attack. Tribute Mage consistently finds Krark's Thumb to dramatically improve flip odds. Mid-game turns assemble scaling engines like Tavern Scoundrel for Treasure production, Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom for additional card draw, and Okaun, Eye of Chaos for exponential combat growth. The deck runs chaotic interaction such as Planar Chaos and Puppet's Verdict, closing games through massive Okaun combat strikes, Chance Encounter upkeep triggers, or an end-game Insurrection.
