Deck overview

This deck is a five-color typal aggro strategy spearheaded by Cosmic Spider-Man. It focuses on curving out resilient Spider creatures, generating incremental tokens, and capitalizing on the commander's ability to turn grounded blockers into an evasive aerial strike force. By granting flying, first strike, trample, lifelink, and haste to all Spiders, the commander turns modest midrange bodies into immediate life-swinging beaters. The mana base leverages green ramp and mana rocks to fix all five colors on curve. Interactive support is provided by efficient removal spells like Swords to Plowshares, Terminate, and Beast Within, keeping high-threat commanders in check. While the deck lacks infinite combos or one-shot overrun kills, its combination of lifelink, deathtouch deterrence from Shelob, Child of Ungoliant, and steady token production creates a durable combat presence capable of grinding out games across three response cycles.
