Deck overview

This deck leverages Rendmaw, Creaking Nest to orchestrate multi-player combat attrition by flooding the table with goaded Bird tokens. By packing a high concentration of multi-type cards—including artifact creatures, enchantment creatures, and kindred spells—virtually every spell played generates a 2/2 flying threat for each player. Because all created tokens are goaded for the rest of the game, opponents are forced to batter each other down in the air while you build behind sturdy reach and deathtouch blockers. Secondary delirium and graveyard synergies fuel resource recursion through cards like Winter, Cynical Opportunist and token drain engines like Mirkwood Bats and Blood Seeker. While the deck excels at creating board chaos and forcing life loss, it remains vulnerable to sweepers that reset the token swarm and relies on careful combat management once the table narrows down to the final opponent.
