Ne'er Do Wells by JonnyBravo18

Format: Commander

Commander: Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads a Mardu outlaw tribal deck that turns combat damage into Treasure and then into a wide board kill. Every Assassin, Mercenary, Pirate, Rogue and Warlock that connects triggers Olivia, Grim Hireling, Professional Face-Breaker and similar effects to make Treasures, with Xorn adding an extra token each time. You use Treasures to ramp, draw, and fuel Olivia's {3}, sacrifice two Treasures: put two +1/+1 counters on each creature. Vihaan, Goldwaker gives a second outlet by animating Treasures into 3/3 attackers. Exile-play engines like Laughing Jasper Flint, Klaw, Ragavan and Gonti provide card advantage. The deck wins through incremental combat and two pump turns, not infinite combos.
