Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Spellslinger Burn strategy commanded by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. The game plan focuses on casting efficient noncreature spells to trigger an army of pinging Wizard tokens. Kuja generates a 0/1 Wizard token at each of your end steps, steadily building your board presence. Once you control four or more Wizards, Kuja transforms into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied, granting the Flare Star ability which doubles all noncombat damage dealt by your Wizards. Amplified by damage multipliers like Harmonic Prodigy, Artist's Talent, and Collective Inferno, a flurry of low-cost cantrips, rituals, and removal spells rapidly escalates into lethal table-wide damage. The deck features smooth mana acceleration and efficient card velocity, allowing it to transition seamlessly from early board development to an explosive closing storm without requiring infinite combos.
