Deck overview

Xavier Sal, Infested Captain leads a Sultai Ooze deck built around +1/+1 counters and creature-token generation. Xavier's populate ability converts saved counters into extra Ooze tokens, while his proliferate ability turns sacrifices into additional counters. The deck layers multipliers such as Hardened Scales, Corpsejack Menace, Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, and Primal Vigor, so a single activation can quickly balloon into a wide and tall board. Secondary plans include cloning with Cackling Counterpart and Doppelgang, plus a small drain effect from Slimefoot, the Stowaway. This is a midrange battlecruiser list: no deterministic infinite combo, but it can win through overwhelming combat once its engine is assembled.
