Commander: The Vision and Scarlet Witch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-red spellslinger/storm deck built around The Vision and Scarlet Witch as an on-cast mana engine and growing evasive threat. Every spell cast adds red mana and a counter, so the deck wants to chain rituals, cantrips, copy spells, and burn payoffs into a critical mass. The primary paths to victory are storming out with Grapeshot, building life and firing Aetherflux Reservoir, or assembling infinite red mana via Reiterate plus Seething Song / Grinning Ignus fueled by Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty, Urabrask // The Great Work, or the commander itself. A dense package of pingers like Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, and Fiery Inscription converts each spell into table-wide damage, while Past in Flames and Mizzix's Mastery provide backup storm turns. The deck is explosive and redundant in engines but very thin in actual tutors.
