Ivy by basbas

Format: Commander

Commander: Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief turns every single-target spell cast on another creature into double the value by creating a free copy targeting herself. The primary strategy establishes Ivy alongside a cheap non-Human creature, then casts low-cost Auras, Mutate creatures, and clone spells to build two massive threats simultaneously. Drawing excessive cards through duplicated Curiosity effects fuels rapid mana development and explosive scaling. The deck wins by delivering lethal combat damage using exponentially boosted threats via Ancestral Mask, Auramancer's Guise, and non-legendary Ivy token clones, or by quickly eliminating opponents with Venerated Rotpriest poison triggers from repeated spell copying.
