Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits leads a mono-green big mana stompy deck that turns a small council of Halflings into a massive mana engine. The primary strategy focuses on deploying early ramp on turns one through three, casting The Notary Hobbits on turn four to create two token copies, and untapping on turn five with access to fourteen or more mana. This immense mana burst powers out colossal threats such as Apex Devastator, Worldspine Wurm, and Last March of the Ents well ahead of schedule. On turn six, overrun effects like Overwhelming Stampede and End-Raze Forerunners grant trample and lethal stat boosts to overrun all three opponents simultaneously. While the deck possesses explosive mana generation and immense combat power, it is vulnerable to early board sweepers that eliminate the fragile 1/1 Halflings. It also lacks instant-speed stack interaction and dedicated creature tutors, relying on dense threat redundancy and fog spells to sustain its development.
