Do Push Ups Soldier! by sweep84

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain America, Living Legend

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Captain America, Living Legend leads a blue-white tap/untap value deck that converts creatures with tap abilities into card advantage, mana, and a growing board of +1/+1-counter threats. The commander's untap trigger gives every tap-utility creature an extra activation per turn, so pieces like Clever Conjurer, Vizier of Tumbling Sands, and Captain of the Mists become repeatable engines. The deck then pivots into an Azorius midrange combat plan, using Felidar Retreat, Hylda of the Icy Crown, Cathars' Crusade, and Elspeth, Storm Slayer to generate tokens and snowballing counters, with Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Victory's Envoy as top-end finishers. Mechanized Production is the only alternate win condition, while Omniscience and One with the Multiverse provide a late-game haymaker path.
