Deck overview

This five-color midrange deck is helmed by the partner pairing of April O'Neil, Live on the Scene and Leonardo, the Balance. The strategy focuses on establishing early creature presence with Ninja, Mutant, and Turtle typings, generating continuous Clue and creature tokens, and distributing +1/+1 counters across the entire battlefield. On Turn 4, Leonardo enters to turn every token creation event into a full-board stat boost. By Turn 5, the deck transitions into lethal pressure by activating Leonardo's activated ability to grant menace, trample, and lifelink, or by deploying asymmetric combat finishers such as Herald of Secret Streams and Overwhelming Stampede. The deck also harbors an incidental infinite combo with Basking Broodscale and Rosie Cotton of South Lane that produces infinite tokens, mana, and power. Solid recovery tools and targeted protection keep the engine resilient against casual removal packages.
