Syr Konrad, the Grim Budget by ChrisHalcomb

Format: Commander

Commander: Syr Konrad, the Grim

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-black aristocrats deck uses Syr Konrad, the Grim as a persistent drain engine. Every creature death, every creature card milled, and every creature leaving your graveyard pings each opponent for 1. You feed that engine with self-mill (Stitcher's Supplier, Stinkweed Imp), sacrifice outlets (Carrion Feeder, Viscera Seer), and edict creatures (Plaguecrafter, Fleshbag Marauder) while drawing off death triggers (Grim Haruspex, Midnight Reaper). Secondary drain from Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Bastion of Remembrance stacks with Konrad, and Mindcrank or The Master of Lake-town turns any life loss into more mill and more pings. Gray Merchant and Exsanguinate with Crypt Ghast mana provide burst finishes.
