Deck overview

The deck uses Kellogg, Dangerous Mind as a hasty Treasure engine. It attacks early, converts Treasures into mana, and eventually threatens to steal a creature by sacrificing five Treasures. Other cards support the same theme: Captain Lannery Storm, Diamond Pick-Axe, Mahadi, Emporium Master, Professional Face-Breaker, and Goldspan Dragon increase Treasure production, while Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade, and Reckless Fireweaver convert token activity into damage. The deck has reasonable creature removal and can recover its commander quickly after destruction. Its main limitation is not mana but conversion: it lacks tutors, broad protection, stack interaction, and a deterministic way to turn its Treasure advantage into a table kill. Ordinary games therefore develop around turns 4–6 but remain value-oriented rather than presenting a reliable must-answer win.
