Deck overview

Lord of the Nazgul is the deck's engine and finisher: every instant or sorcery cast after he resolves makes a 3/3 Wraith, and once nine or more Wraiths are on the battlefield, a single spell before combat turns the whole swarm into 9/9s. This is a UB control shell that sculpts with Ponder, Opt, and Frantic Search, accelerates with Sol Ring and Signets, and protects the commander with a dense stack of counterspells. The primary plan is an alpha strike of fourteen 9/9 Wraiths for 126 damage; a slower two-turn swarm kill and commander damage from a 9/9 Lord are backups. There is no hidden commander.
