Thorin//Dain, The Kings Under the Mountain by Zatkelior

Format: Commander

Commander: Dáin of the Ancient Halls

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Dain of the Ancient Halls leads an aggressive Boros Dwarf tribal deck that converts a wide board of resilient Dwarves, Equipment, and historic permanents into symmetric burn and decisive combat steps. The primary strategy establishes low-cost Dwarves to unlock Storied benefits and ramp via Treasure creators like Magda, Brazen Outlaw. Once the board is developed, casting Dain with natural haste immediately burns every opponent for damage equal to your Dwarf count whenever he attacks. High-impact finishers such as Fiery Emancipation, Bifur, Melodic Rider, and Thorin, King of Durin's Folk amplify this damage, while Dragon threats like Balefire Dragon and Hellkite Tyrant provide alternate paths to victory.
