Deck overview

This is a Grixis combo-control shell built to empty its own library and win through a Thassa's Oracle/Demonic Consultation kill, with several redundant empty-library payoffs and a Sanguine Bond/Exquisite Blood drain loop as a backup. Doctor Doom, King of Latveria is not the win condition; he is a repeatable connive/discard engine that provides card selection, fuels the graveyard, and drains the table whenever a land is discarded. The deck leans heavily on fast mana, wheels, and a compact tutor suite to assemble its two-card kill as early as possible, while Underworld Breach, Phyrexian Reclamation, and the commander's looting give it staying power in longer games.
